Welcome to the Herndon Youth Soccer (HYS) travel web page!
HYS is proud to sponsor over 40 teams at various levels in league play -
offering opportunities for players at various stages of development. Low club
fees, financial assistance programs, fund raising opportunities and generous
field allocations all combine to make HYS a very team friendly club. We have a
strong development program that produces quality travel teams from our younger
house league program. Our teams play in three Washington DC area soccer
leagues: National Capital Soccer League (NCSL), Washington Area Girls Soccer
(WAGS), and the Old Dominion Soccer League (ODSL). We also have teams in the
prestigious Region 1 league, State Cup and Presidents Cup tournaments.
Here are a few highlights of our exciting club:
* Highly ranked teams the state of Virginia and nationally, including State
Cup and Presidents Cup Champions
* Players selected to Northern District and State ODP (Olympic Development
Program) pools
* Teams accepted into Nationally ranked tournaments
* Numerous teams compete in both the State Cup and Presidents Cup tournaments
* Host of the prominent Dulles National Soccer Tournament in late
August
* Four Lighted Turf Fields
* Advanced and cost-effective training programs available through our team
of professional coaches
