Children must be born between 1/1/98 and 12/31/2012 to play this season.

SPRING on time registration is now CLOSED. Registrations will still be accepted but will be subject to a $25 late fee ,will be wait listed in most cases and only placed if space opens up. We have many age groups still needing coaches and until we get enough coaches we cannot even place the players we have let alone late registrants.

Age groups that are currently full and on wait list only status are:
U5, U6, U7b, U9/10b*, U11b, U12b*, U13b, U14b, U16b
U9/10g, U11g, U12g, U16g, U19g

* - U9/10b and U12b have a very large wait list we are not taking any more people for the wait list at this time.

Coaches have been found for all teams.

Registration in the late period is online only.

Last day to request a refund is April 1, 2017. Refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee and late fees are non-refundable unless we are unable to place the player.

Commissioners will be in touch with coaches in very early March, and coaches will be meeting mid-March.

Players will be contacted by coaches between March 12- March 20. DO NOT contact us to say you have not heard from a coach until after March 20.

Cost is $130 for each player; 3rd player in a family is $100 and 4th player on is free. $25 from each paid player fee is being set aside to help fund turf field projects including our new turf field project at Herndon Community Center which will be done in 2017.Payment can be by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD only) or a check can be mailed in WITHIN 10 days of registration. NO PLAYER WILL BE PLACED ON A TEAM UNLESS EITHER PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE OR COMPLETED SCHOLARSHIP PAPERWORK HAS BEEN SUBMITTED.

The late fee is not refundable unless we are unable to place the child on a team. REFUNDS must be requested by April 1st 2017 and ALL refunds no matter what the reason are charged a $10 processing fee.

NEW this year: US Soccer has mandated that all soccer clubs in the United States change from the current soccer divisions that were August-July to birth year divisions. This is not just a Herndon policy but MANDATORY nationwide. The new age groups for fall 2016 - spring 2017 will be:

M = Mixed, B = Boys, G = Girls
