CCL PRO 23 Summer League

Herndon Youth Soccer offers players a development pathway in soccer beginning with our U5 Microkicks program all the way to the CCL PRO23 league!

The Club Champions League PRO23 is a competitive summer soccer league that gives college players the platform to come home and play for the club that helped develop and prepare them for collegiate soccer. Top youth players, current collegiate players and former collegiate/professional players round out PRO23 rosters to offer a one-of-a-kind off-season development experience.  Older players mentor younger players, and all continue their pursuit of soccer excellence.

CCL PRO23 is a player retention opportunity creating a bridge between clubs and college programs.  The CCL has over 1,000 student-athletes playing collegiate soccer at all levels. CCL created the league to expand its Player Development pathway and give players a chance to continue playing for their "home club" and enhance their development in the off season.

Unique to CCL PRO23 is the use of up to five over-23 players that will allow for former professional players to join and become role models for the next generation of players.

The CCL PRO23 league culminates with Division Champions and the CCL PRO23 Championships in July.  Clubs will play up to seven division matches.  Division champions will earn playoff spots into the CCL PRO23 Championships. The Championships are hosted by CCL clubs and rotated annually.

Schedules, scores and standings for the 2022 season will be posted on the CCL league website.
