There is nothing better and more exciting in a soccer game than scoring a goal!   In this program, players will build self-confidence and skills that are needed to be a great goal scorer.

Players in this program can expect to improve their composure in front of goal as well as increase the speed and accuracy of their shot. Players will be challenged in an intense environment. This camp will be run by Coach Martin Sanchez, Boys 2009 and 2011 Head Coach. 

 

PROGRAM WILL INCLUDE:

·           Shooting Technique: How to strike a ball.

·         Bending the Ball

·         1v1 against GK

·         Heading

·         Finishing of a Cross

·         Volley Kick

·         Free Kick

·         1v1 Attacking.

·         Finishing Under Pressure

 

Cost: $200/PLAYER

 

 

HYS Goalkeeper Coach, Luke Stoothoff is proud to offer a weeklong goalkeeping clinic designed to help GKs of any skill level develop. Goalkeepers will experience a variety of games, drills, and instruction that will help sharpen their technical and tactical skills necessary to defend the goal and start the attack. 

 

Cost: $200/GK

 

Both camps will be run simultaneously, on different parts of the field to join for the last 30 minutes to bring a more realistic scenario, where strikers and GK's face each other, finishing with a group reflection about the learning process of the day.
