REASON FOR WINNING PLAYER OF THE WEEK:  Camryn consistently supports her team as a defender who works hard every minute of every game. She runs down every ball, never backs down from her opponents, and makes plays that result in goals for her team.


How long have you been playing soccer?: 5-6 years.

What were your first soccer experiences?: When I started playing soccer for Herndon I enjoyed playing on a house team with friends from my school.

Who is your favorite team?: National Women’s Soccer League

Who is your favorite player?: Alex Morgan, because she’s a really amazing player.

What are your long-term goals as a soccer player?: I would like to play soccer in high school and in college.

Do you have any siblings that play soccer?  What are their names and ages?: Yes. My sister Arden, who is ten, plays soccer.

What is your favorite part of the game?: Keeping the other team from scoring.

What is your most memorable moment in soccer?: Scoring a free kick in a Herndon playoff game where my team won.

What school do you go to?: St. Joseph Catholic School.

What is your favorite subject in school?: Science, because I like doing projects.

What is your favorite restaurant?: Benihana Japanese restaurant.  

What is your favorite place to visit?: Louisiana and New Jersey where my family’s relatives live.

Do you play other sports do you play?:  I only play soccer.
