Overview
For U8–U19 Players Aspiring to Compete at the Highest Level
Herndon Youth Soccer’s Competitive Program is designed for committed players who aspire to play at the highest levels of the game: from elite youth platforms to collegiate and professional soccer.
We are proud to have helped develop some of the top American players, including:
- Kevin Paredes – competing in the Bundesliga with VfL Wolfsburg
- Emily Fox – UEFA Women’s Champions League winner with Arsenal FC, Olympic Gold Medalist, and Ballon d’Or nominee
Alongside these professionals, HYS has produced countless collegiate athletes and professional players across the United States and internationally.
Yet while we strive to develop elite competitors, we remain firmly committed to our identity as a community-based club, instilling character, accountability, and positive values through the game.
Why Choose HYS Elite Program
Elite Competition: compete in the region’s top leagues - ECNL Regional, NCSL, and EDP - with a pathway to the ECNL National via Fairfax Virginia Union.
Proven Player Development: our professional coaching staff develops the full player: technical skills, tactical awareness, physical strength, and mental resilience.
College & Professional Pathways: gain exposure through showcases, scouting opportunities, and direct connections to collegiate and professional programs.
Passion for the Game: we foster a culture of dedication, teamwork, and growth, igniting every player’s love for soccer while helping them reach their potential.
Proven Track Record: From youth to college to the pros, HYS has developed players at every level. Our structured pathway ensures athletes have the tools to achieve their highest potential.
