Frequently Asked Questions
What's the typical time commitment?
Travel: 2–3 weeknight sessions + weekend matches. Volunteer REC: 1–2 weeknight practices + a weekend game. Seasons typically run 8–10 weeks.
Are Travel roles paid?
Yes. Travel coaching is a paid, part-time position with seasonal stipends and potential bonuses. Volunteer roles are unpaid with club perks and recognition.
Do you provide training and curriculum?
Yes. Coaches receive session libraries, mentorship, and licensing support. Volunteer coaches get simple, age-appropriate practice plans weekly.
What clearances are required?
All coaches must pass a background check and complete SafeSport and Concussion training before working with players.
